Buy Online, Free Store Pickup

Kohls.com orders placed using the buy online, free store pickup option are fulfilled with inventory at a local store. Customers can order online and pick up their orders in store, allowing for a quick order-to-pickup time. Does Kohl's offer Ship to Store?

How to place your order:

On the product page, click the “FREE STORE PICKUP” tab next to “SHIP”.

Note: You will need to select a color and size first (if applicable).

If the item is not available at your store, click “Check other stores”.

You will also have the option to select “SHIP” or “FREE STORE PICKUP” in your shopping bag and during checkout.

Placing your order:

± Why are some products not available at my local store?

Due to variations in the merchandise inventory from one store to another, some items may be available at your local store and some may not. Certain sizes, styles and colors change frequently so check back often or look for the item you want at another location.

± Is there an extra cost to buy items online and pick them up in store?

There is no extra cost - it’s entirely free!

± Will I be able to use discounts, Promo Codes and Kohl's Cash on orders I place online and pick up in store?

Yes, all qualifying discounts will be valid when you place your order on Kohls.com. In-store-only offers do not apply to items you buy online and pick up in store.

± When will I get charged for my order?

You'll be charged for the order when you are notified it's ready for pickup.

± Can I cancel my order?

Picking up your order:

± Can I change the store I want to pick my order up from after I make my purchase?

Since your order is fulfilled using your selected store's inventory, you can't change the pickup location after the order is submitted. In some instances, you might be able to cancel your order and replace it with your preferred pickup location if you catch it early enough. (Generally within 30 minutes of placing the order.)

Please Note: Canceling your order will not only cancel the Buy Online, Free Store Pickup items, but also any other items being shipped to your address.

± How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?

You will receive a notification email when it is ready. Orders are typically ready within 2 hours after they are placed online.

If you want to receive a text alert when your order is ready for pickup, you can add your mobile number in the Pickup Option section during checkout.

Note: If you place an order after 7PM (local time), it may not be ready until the following day. You will receive a notification email when your order is ready for free store pickup. Check your notifcation email for store hours.

± Where do I pick up my order?

All orders should be picked up from the Customer Service desk. Please reference your pickup notification email for specific pickup location details.

When you come to pick up your order, look for the designated "Buy Online, Pick Up in Store" parking spots near the front of the store.  You will find these parking spots on the side of the store where the Customer Service desk is located.  Don't worry if you have other shopping to do-there is no time limit!

± What do I need to pick up my order?

You will need:

? a government-issued ID
? your pickup notification email

If you are unable to print your pickup notification email, the Associate can view it on your mobile device.

± Who can pick up my order?

You can pick up your order or assign an alternate person to pick up the order. To add an alternate pickup person, enter the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address (optional) of the person who will be picking up the order to the Pickup Option section during checkout.

You can change the pickup person until your full order has been picked up by going to the Manage Order page in your Account History or by clicking Manage Order from the notification email.

± How long will my order be held at the store?

Your order will be held at the store for seven calendar days. We’ll send you a reminder email one day before we cancel the order and return the merchandise to the store floor. 

If you need to extend your order pick up window, please contact your selected pick up store, ask to speak with the Customer Service desk and an associate can help you. Store contact information can be found by clicking here.

If we cancel your order, your account will be credited for the amount of the order. Any merchandise credits or Gift Cards used will be refunded with Kohl’s merchandise credit. Kohl's Cash that was used will be refunded with Kohl's Cash. The Kohl's merchandise credit will be mailed and will arrive within 15 days. The Kohl's Cash will be emailed or printed in store immediately.

± What happens if I don’t pick up my order?

If your order is not picked up within 7 days after we notify you that it is ready, it will be cancelled and the merchandise will be returned to the store floor. You'll be sent a reminder one day before we cancel your order.

± What happens to the Kohl's Cash I earned if I don't pick up my order?

If you do not pick up your order and we process a return, the Kohl's Cash emailed to you will be deactivated. If you already used the Kohl's Cash, the amount of Kohl's Cash used will be deducted from the return amount processed to the credit card. Any unused merchandise credits or Gift Cards used will be refunded with Kohl’s merchandise credit. Kohl's Cash that was used will be refunded with new Kohl's Cash which can be used within the next 14 days. The Kohl's merchandise credit will be mailed and will arrive within 15 days. The Kohl's Cash will be emailed or printed in store immediately.
